Clandestine Dinners at Cloud 9 by Covenant Coffee
We are excited to share a series of monthly dinners at Cloud 9 by Covenant Coffee. Chef Andrew has been hard at work crafting incredible menus that follow the unique theme and the freshness of the ingredients each season provides. The dinners will be in an intimate setting of 40 guests served by foster youth and former foster youth.
The Inaugural dinner was October 24, 2024
On the evening of October 24th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Covenant Community Services Inc. hosted the enchanting “Falling Into Autumn” event at Cloud 9 by Covenant Coffee in Bakersfield, CA. Guests stepped into a transformed coffee shop, a clandestine dining venue, where they indulged in a gourmet meal crafted by the talented Chef Andrew, with optional wine pairings for those seeking a delightful enhancement to their culinary experience. Throughout the night, the attendees had the chance to participate in a silent auction, and a raffle, all designed to raise funds for the invaluable training of foster youth in the culinary arts and customer service. This unique dining experience not only tantalized taste buds but also created a sense of community and philanthropy, as every ticket purchased directly contributed to providing hope and opportunity for foster youth. Thank you to all who joined us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining, camaraderie, and meaningful impact.
Please consider joining us at a Clandestine dinner soon. Our first dinner sold out quickly due to limited seating. So, grab your spot for the next dinner and get some friend to join you at your table for 8! All dinners are held at the newly remodeled Cloud 9 by Covenant Coffee.
We have event buyouts and sponsorship available. Call Janice at 661-201-2112 for more information or attend or email jmedford@covenantcs.net
