This Brazil Swiss Water Process medium roast offers a smooth, satisfying cup with all the flavor and none of the caffeine. Decaffeinated using the chemical-free method developed by the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company, the beans are gently soaked in pure water to create a flavor rich extract. The caffeine is then removed through a specialized carbon filtration system, and the beans are reintroduced to the extract to reabsorb their original flavor compounds-preserving the coffees natural character while removing 99.9% of the caffeine.
In the cup, expect a comforting aroma of toasted nuts and cocoa. Smooth layers of milk chocolate and roasted almond unfold with subtle notes of caramelized sugar and soft hint of dried fruit sweetness.
