A Heartfelt Thank You to BTUFF and Our Amazing Community
This Christmas season has been nothing short of magical for nearly 200 foster youth, children, and their families, all thanks to the generosity of our incredible community and the heartfelt leadership of BTUFF.
It all began with a phone call from Billy at BTUFF, sharing the inspiring news that local businesses were rallying together to collect funds to make this holiday season unforgettable for foster youth and children. With the word out, businesses across Bakersfield answered the call with unmatched kindness and generosity, donating thousands of dollars to support this cause.
Because of these amazing contributions, we were able to host a Christmas party filled with joy, laughter, and love, where every child and family received a thoughtful gift. For many, this event wasn’t just about presents—it was about creating precious memories and feeling the warmth of a community that truly cares.
We are deeply grateful to Billy and the entire BTUFF community for spearheading this incredible effort and to the local businesses whose generosity turned a vision of holiday cheer into reality. Your kindness brought smiles, hope, and a sense of belonging to so many who needed it most.
Thank you, Bakersfield, for reminding us all of the power of community. Together, we made this Christmas one to remember, and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.
Many thanks to these amazing individuals and businesses, please support them as they support folks in your community that are in need of hope and a “hand-up” not a “hand-out”!
